unbelievable

i wish i could say that i was just being paranoid when i was worried that someone was going to do something to the books i ordered. sadly this morning i discovered that the last time i wore a dress is missing. it's no longer on the new books shelf, which is not unusual because those books can be checked out, but it's also not checked out and it's not on the shelf in the stacks where it should be.

i'm hoping this is just a simple confusion and we'll find it tucked into the self-help books or something equally ironic and disturbing...
